We offer operation outsourcing operations and management consultancy services to the properties owners and the investors of alternative real estate properties. In the years other than the reporting year, we provide advice on the construction and conversion planning and management to investors.
In addition, we implement specific operating standards, dispatch facilities manager to recruit logistics personnel, manage the daily operation of the property, and provide sales and marketing support, quality inspection and other operational support services to assist in property management.
During the Track Record Period, we enter into four entrusted outsourcing operation and consultancy service agreements with two Independent Third Party enterprises regarding the operation and management of Co-working space.
