Synergy looks to create value through development and operation of “niche” operating businesses well suited to such areas. As Brazilian cities mature, strong underlying asset appreciation that can be expected of these areas provides added protection for invested funds.
In future, we intend to provide various investment vehicles to deliver numerous points of access to Australian real estate opportunities. We have access to substantial senior debt facilities, as well as equity and mezzanine.
Closed End Opportunity Funds
These funds aim to achieve high attractive risk-adjusted returns by making highly selective capital allocations across the spectrum of Australian real estate opportunities. These closed end funds invest in equity, preferred equity and mezzanine debt in primarily opportunistic and situational investments. The overriding investment philosophy is to invest in those opportunities which present the best risk-adjusted returns regardless of sector, location or investment type.
Closed End Private Debt Funds
These funds aim to invest in secured real estate loans (both senior and mezzanine) that provide investors with secure, stable and predictable returns. Individual funds focus on investment-grade and construction based lending.
Joint Ventures and Co-Investment Programs
Wherever possible and appropriate the firm offers investors in our discretionary funds the opportunity to co-invest alongside our funds.
Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) / Bespoke Mandates
Where investors seek to pursue a dedicated strategy or investment thesis, we develop a bespoke arrangement in partnership with our investors..These arrangements are offered as SMA structures that focus on specific sector, location or investment type.
