We provide investment management services to 3-party investors from Greater China region, by packaging their investments into property development funds and investing them into oversea property development projects, such as serviced apartments, hotels and student dormitories.
We pay the investors their principal and dividends upon closing of each funds. The investors pay us management fees and performance fees for our services.
